It’s time for another Weekend Creative project, and I had a lot of fun with this one! Did you make something over the weekend? If so, please link up at the end of this post – I would love to see what you’ve been working on!

For these pots I used Martha Stewart craft chalk paint in green and blue – it took three coats to get good coverage. The pots were about 80 cents each at Michaels, so this was a really affordable project, and I love the way it turned out! I chose washi tape in an Amy Butler-ish print to embellish the rims, but they are certainly cute on their own. I’m thinking of using these as place markers at the Easter table, so I will post more pics of the final results!

We also have one reader project to share from last week’s link party – table decorations using shredded paper from All Put Together. Thank you Andi for the submission! The next weekend creative link party will be Monday, April 1, so block out some time on your calendar for creativity! If you have a project to share this week, leave a link to your project below – please be sure to link to the specific post or photo, so we can all find it easily. And of course a link back is always appreciated. Thanks! xoxo Laura
