in Advertisers

Happy Friday friends! I wanted to let you know I am offering an ad special for those who sign up in January – you will receive a 20% discount on two month ad campaigns (usually the discount only applies to quarterly ads) and all advertisers get one highlighted post included with each month of sponsorship. I can also help with ad design as needed. There are a lot of new things coming up this year for Lolalina, including e-decoraring services, styling, and more. The site is growing and I am really excited for 2012! Contact me to find out all of the details.

Today I would like to introduce you to one of my lovely sponsors, Flo of Marci’s Garden. Together with her cousin Marci, she creates handmade, reusable bags to bring your lunch or snacks on the road, as well as larger bags to hold recycling at home. If you are a Mama or if you tote your own lunch to work I’m sure you will find something you can use here!

I know personally, it is a goal of mine to reduce plastic consumption in my household, and I always try to pack snacks for Bixby in reusable containers. These are great because you can throw them in the washer and dryer!

One of my favorite items in the shop right now is the upcycled denim utensil holder – cute! Shipping is free from now through Christmas Day, just enter the coupon code “Holiday2011″ at checkout. A snack pack would make a unique stocking stuffer, don’t you agree? Fill it with tasty snacks for bonus points! Visit the shop to see more, and take a peek behind the scenes on their new blog.

Good morning Monday! I had a positively splendid weekend, what about you, my dears? We went for a walk in the woods and foraged greenery, pine cones, and berries for a wreath, listened to festive music, made a big lazy Sunday morning breakfast, attended a craft fair, and began plotting our gifting. I admit I’m sad to see the weekend go, it feels especially hard this week. But – there’s nothing like a prize to brighten the mood, right? The giveaway from Bellabyte Design Studio has come to a close, thank you all for participating – it was a great turnout!

Congratulations Alex W., you are the winner of the $25 store credit! I will be emailing you later today to fill you in on the details. And for the rest of you, you can still go visit Bellabyte Design Studio and snap up that print you had your eye on : ) xo Laura

To welcome the new week I have a sweet giveaway from one of my lovely sponsors, Jayna of Bellabyte Design Studio. Jayna is a graphic designer based in Dallas, Texas, and I think you will love the fun prints in her shop. For this giveaway, Jayna is offering a $25 store credit to one lucky Lolalina reader who comments below. The shop prices are quite affordable, so $25 will go a long way!

Those are a few of my favorite prints above – I am especially fond of the “hang up your clothes” and “brush your teeth” prints. Hm, maybe because I live in a house full of boys? ; ) Plus, you can customize many of her prints with your own choice of color for no extra charge. Neat!

To enter, simply leave a comment below and share which Bellabyte Design Studio print you have your eye on. Please include your first name and last initial, along with a valid email address (only I will see your email address); no anonymous entries will be accepted.

And remember…

  • If you have won a giveaway on Lolalina in the past year, you are not eligible.
  • Only one entry per person.
  • I will announce the winner in a new post on Monday, December 5.

Good luck and happy Monday! xo Laura

Today I would like to introduce you to one of my lovely sponsors, Diana of D. S. Brennan Photography – I just know you will love her work. Diana has a background in environmental science, which inspires her work and choice of subjects, from birds, feathers, and botany to seaside and woodland scenes.

She recently began offering a new large format choice in addition to the smaller print sizes, which I love. The print above in the 30″ x 30″ size would be amazing, don’t you think? I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Diana in person, and I can tell you she is as sweet as can be, and very passionate about her work.

I adore all of her new feather prints – the delicate feathers on a richly textured background is stunning. Visit her shop to see more, and keep up with all of the behind the scenes goings-on on her blog, as well.
