Hello my lovelies, it’s been a while! I intentionally let go of blogging regularly over the summer, which I really needed to do to make room for other things. Recently, and for the first time ever, I have child care for Bixby five mornings a week. Five mornings a week! This is a HUGE change for me, because until now it’s been a real struggle squeezing in work at all possible hours, and now I actually have dedicated office hours. The point being, I am back to blogging, and boy am I ever ready! I missed you guys!
The photos I am sharing today are from the Amsterdam home of Tessa Weerdenburg of the interior design firm Nu interieur | ontwerp, and shot by Holly Marder of Avenue Lifestyle, who I also “know” as a fellow Houzz contributer. This light-filled Dutch space, designed by Tessa, is so clean, fresh, and simple, yet personal – exactly the sort of space I love love love coming across online and blogging about. :)
What do you think of this space? Isn’t it refreshingly light and clean? Sometimes I find myself getting bored with white, but then I see a home like this and just sigh a big sigh – it’s so peaceful and calm, you couldn’t help but sink in and relax there. You can find more home tours and other loveliness on Holly’s blog, Avenue Lifestyle.
I’m going to keep it short and sweet for today, and sign off the weekend…but I will meet you back here on Monday. See you then! xo Laura
