Happy Friday, my friends! I’m rolling two-into-one with Bixby’s monthly photo and Halloween costume. This year I wanted to keep things really easy, costume-wise, so we tried to think of a fun costume that would mostly be made from regular clothes he can wear again…and so may I present the Caboose Engineer! Yes, he specifically said he wants to be the Caboose engineer, not “just” a train engineer, so there you go. A simple costume like this was also great for his age because he was very comfortable in it – he wore it all day to school, which I can’t see happening with a more elaborate costume. But maybe next year…

SO adorable! He is going to treasure these when he is older…..wish I had done something similar with my girls. We have lots of photos but, I love the capturing of what he is into at that very moment! :) Love his sweet costume too!
