Hello lovelies! My heart is feeling full – my little one is loving school, and it’s fall, my favorite season! On Monday we took a trip out to the country to a local farm with Bixby’s preschool. It was a lovely crisp, sunny day; perfect for apple cider-making, bunny petting, and pony riding!
The farm breeds rabbits, and we were able to hold and pet the little loves:
Bixby also got to go for his first pony ride! He loved it, and took to it like a natural. Of course, that made this Mama especially proud because I rode for many years. :)
We also got to help make apple cider on an old press. Bixby got to put an apple in the press, and then (the best part) drink up the fresh, sweet cider!
Earlier in the weekend we also went on our own to a different orchard to pick apples, so I thought I would include a few snapshots from that adventure as well:

I absolutely adore Bixby’s woollen jumper! We are just heading into spring down here, magical after the long winter but I certainly do love autumn. Xx Nina
