It has fantastic bones and (I AM suffering from jetlag here in Italy after returning from the states and it IS 1.25 pm according to the clock on my computer) I want to DIVE into the computer images and help you get down to biz!! I do have more renovation stories then I actually care to admit but the biggest piece of advice I can tell you is this: one room at a time, prep it well (meaning taping off, cleaning up beforehand, buying supplies, listing tasks... even if you just have to do all that prep one day and start the actual work the next) and things will go much smoother.
