Loving: Decoylab Clocks

I have a question for you: do you have an actual clock? I mean, other than the little digital lights on your various electronic devices? It seems that these days many of us rely on our cell phones, TVs, coffee makers, etc., to tell the time rather than looking at a clock or watch with minute and hour hands – myself included! I honestly hadn’t given this much thought until I saw these gorgeous clocks made by Maiko Kuzunishi of Decoylab. If you are drawn to colorful, modern shapes and woodland motifs, I think you will understand why after seeing them, I suddenly need a clock right now!

Picture 30I’ve admired Decoylab’s die cut paper clocks before, and they just keep getting better and better. I think my favorite is the aqua blue horse clock in the upper left, but honestly I would be happy to hang any one of these on my wall! Which is your favorite? That wood owl with the big eyes is pretty darn cute, too…

I love the bunny clock for a child’s room, or, if you have that funky-cool-vintage vibe going on in your home, it would work in a hallway, too. In addition to the clocks, Maiko also creates gorgerously dreamy prints (“Butterfly Lady” is pictured above) and posters for children’s rooms. The clocks are all very reasonably priced ($18 – $48), so I think I will probably be ordering one. Now the only question is which one… :)

I have one from Decoylab! I love them all, it was so hard to choose. I ended up picking the floral one (above the rabbit) and I love it!
