Sophisticated Wall Decals {Byrdie Graphics}

What is it with wall decals? It seems to me that most people either love them or hate them. I’ve always admired them (from afar) – they’re fun, graphic, quick to apply, and you can remove them easily, which is great for renters – but I couldn’t see myself actually using them. Maybe it’s because I couldn’t quite wrap my head around having stickers on my walls. That is, until this morning when I came across these beauties from Byrdie Graphics – and now I just might consider myself a convert.

The Bloom graphics (pictured above) look more like wallpaper to me, but cost way less than having a room wallpapered! Of course, it also helps that they’ve styled this room so nicely – I love the flowy white curtains, chartreuse bedspread, lacy pillows, and cheery vase of flowers. I could also see these working really well in an entry hall, or used to fill a big blank wall behind a sofa. What do you think? Would you/have you ever used wall decals?

    These are beautiful! I’ve shyed away from them before as well because so many that I’ve seen were a little fromage-y but these look like wallpaper. I’d love them behind a bed as a headboard or as you suggested in an entryway.

    You know – I am the same way! I wouldn’t have considered wall decals because most of the ones I’ve seen are really cheesy/animated looking. These look really nice. I would need to see more to see if I consider myself a convert. :P

    Knowing me I’d somehow screw a wall decal up…air bubbles or something silly :)

    This is a greatly inspiring post. It’s important to pat yourself on the back for all the little achievements along the way and reassess your goals. Good advice. Thank you!
